Frequently Asked Questions

We collect all of the clients personal information including their phone number and email address. We also collect their monthly income and the amount of the home they are looking to buy.  In addition we ask questions like how much rent or mortgage payment they are currently paying, other monthly expenses, and if they are a first time home buyer.

As soon as the customer completes the questions on our landing page and clicks submit our system will immediately email you all the questions and answers they filled out. In addition our system will also email the customer thanking them for their interest and will have all of the contact information for you and let them know to expect a call from you shortly.
